What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. You will manage on-site teams of technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established practices and safety protocols. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining service level agreements and driving a culture of safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. You will also play a key role in strategic planning and resource allocation to support the growth and scalability of AWS infrastructure.
