What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the data center’s critical physical infrastructure, ensuring that it operates at peak performance. You will manage a team of 24x7 shift technicians, ensuring that all work performed aligns with established practices and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include driving a culture of safety and compliance within your team, as well as hiring, coaching, and promoting team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers. Your role will involve addressing complex challenges that impact the supply chain, requiring you to think critically and strategically to find effective solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining service level agreements and ensuring that all operations are conducted with high quality and efficiency.
