What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. You will perform hardware and network diagnostics, followed by necessary physical repairs to maintain service levels. Your role will include installing equipment, creating documentation, and innovating solutions to complex problems within the data center space. You will participate in a rotation schedule, acting as a primary responder to resolve issues that impact service availability during your assigned shifts. Your ability to prioritize work effectively will be crucial as you manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
