What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of data center operations. You will perform hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs, to maintain service levels. Your role will include installing equipment, creating documentation, and participating in site-level project work. You will be designated as a primary responder during your assigned shifts, rapidly resolving issues that impact service availability. You will also be involved in fixing complex problems within the data center space, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

You will work closely with your team to prioritize tasks and ensure that all operational goals are met. Your responsibilities will require you to be adaptable and ready to tackle challenges as they arise, ensuring that the data center operates smoothly and efficiently.
