What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operations of AWS data centers. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure seamless operations. You will participate in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Collaboration with software, hardware, and network engineers will be essential as you work to deliver the highest standards of service. You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in data center management.
