You have 5+ years of experience in IT and management consulting, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects. You possess strong leadership skills, having built and managed teams of Delivery Consultants or Engagement Managers. You excel in optimizing team performance through tailored development plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.

Your experience includes engaging with C-level executives and governing boards, which has honed your ability to drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets. You are adept at creating proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that resonate with clients.

You are a strong communicator, capable of building trust with stakeholders and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify applicable AWS Professional Services offerings that meet customer needs.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with AWS services, is a plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools will enhance your ability to lead effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants, guiding them through transformative projects for AWS enterprise customers. You will be responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds customer expectations.

You will work closely with partner teams to drive business development initiatives through thought leadership. Your role will involve providing portfolio guidance and oversight, ensuring that your team is aligned with customer needs and has the necessary skills to address outcomes.

You will engage with Director and C-level executives, presenting innovative solutions and strategies that leverage AWS Professional Services. Your ability to create compelling proposals and SOWs will be crucial in securing new opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.

You will implement tailored people development plans to optimize team performance, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle customer challenges effectively. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a culture of trust and collaboration within your team.
