Amazon is hiring a Senior Design Verification Engineer to enhance hardware designs for their devices. You'll define verification methodologies and implement test plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires experience in verification at multiple levels of logic.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering and possess extensive experience verifying at multiple levels of logic, from IP blocks to SoCs to full system testing. Your expertise includes creating and enhancing verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM, and you are adept at developing comprehensive test plans through collaboration with design engineers, software, and architects.

You are skilled in implementing coverage measures for stimulus and corner-case scenarios and have a strong background in driving complex RTL and TB debugs. Your experience includes driving UPF-based low power verification and contributing to verification activities across simulation and emulation platforms. You are also proficient in creating automation scripts to support DV methodologies and have a knack for creating infrastructure to perform system-level performance analysis.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and implement verification environments for complex functional blocks, ensuring that the hardware devices developed are world-class. You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary groups, including Architecture, RTL Design, PD, Validation, Software, and Product Design, to ensure that verification methodologies are effectively defined and implemented. You will participate in test plan and coverage reviews, driving the verification process to meet high standards of quality and performance.

You will be responsible for driving complex RTL and TB debugs, ensuring that all aspects of the design verification process are thoroughly tested and validated. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the overall performance and reliability of Amazon's hardware devices. You will also have the opportunity to work on innovative hardware designs, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology that enhances customer experiences.
