Who you are
You are an entry-level engineer with a foundational understanding of hardware design and optimization. You have experience or coursework related to Design for Test (DFT) architectures and are eager to apply your knowledge in a practical setting. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with team members across different technical areas. You have a keen interest in cloud solutions and are motivated to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.
Desirable
Familiarity with RTL coding and verification processes is a plus, as is any experience with silicon debug or ATE data handling. You are open to learning new methodologies and technologies that can enhance your contributions to the team. What you'll do
In this role, you will develop, implement, and verify state-of-the-art DFT architectures that are crucial for the performance of Amazon's data center hardware. You will collaborate closely with block designers to integrate DFT implementations, ensuring that the designs meet the necessary specifications for functionality and efficiency. Working alongside the physical design team, you will set up and implement DFT insertion flows that are both effective and cost-efficient.
You will also be responsible for developing high coverage DFT methodologies that enhance the reliability of our hardware solutions. Your role will involve performing RTL coding and verification, which is essential for validating the designs before they are deployed. Additionally, you will participate in silicon debug activities, writing scripts to manage ATE-related data effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and performance of our products, helping to deliver a world-class customer experience.
