Your experience includes working with diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and various cooling systems, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. What you'll do
As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the mission-critical facilities that support Amazon's data centers. Your role will involve hands-on work with electrical systems, including switch gear, UPSs, and PDUs, as well as mechanical systems such as centrifugal chillers and cooling towers. You will ensure that all equipment operates at peak efficiency, contributing to the overall uptime of the data center. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to identify and resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime and maintaining service quality. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the infrastructure that powers Amazon's cloud services, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have continuous access to the services they rely on.
