Job Description
Who you are
You are an entry-level Engineering Technician with a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems — you understand the importance of maintaining mission-critical technology infrastructure and are eager to contribute to a team that ensures seamless operations. Your hands-on experience with troubleshooting electrical systems, such as three-phase electrical systems, UPSs, and generators, makes you a valuable asset in maintaining high uptime standards.

You will monitor system performance and respond to any issues that arise, ensuring that the infrastructure remains operational and reliable.
You will collaborate closely with other technicians and engineers to address complex challenges and implement solutions that enhance system performance — your contributions will directly impact the uptime and reliability of Amazon's cloud services. You will also participate in routine maintenance and inspections, documenting your findings and suggesting improvements where necessary.
