What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will perform daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment — your role is crucial in ensuring 24/7 reliability and availability of systems. You will assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, working within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) to resolve issues promptly. Your responsibilities will also include performing rack installs and decommissioning, contributing to the efficient operation of the facility.

You will monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS), ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your hands-on approach will help maintain the integrity of critical equipment, including diesel generators, UPS systems, and cooling towers. You will be part of a team that values diversity and inclusion, contributing to a culture that encourages innovative thinking and collaboration.
