You have experience in administrative roles, where you have honed your skills in managing schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings. You are proficient in clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails, and preparing documents and presentations. Your familiarity with expense management and travel arrangements ensures that you can support senior leaders efficiently. You understand the importance of maintaining a well-organized office environment and are proactive in addressing the needs of your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the General Manager and the fulfillment center Operations team by managing and completing expense reports for yourself and senior leaders as needed. You will maintain schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and conferences for the Fulfillment Center staff, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. Your responsibilities will include owning and managing conference room coordination and room calendar management, which is crucial for effective team collaboration.

You will conduct various clerical duties, such as filing and full office management, while also responding to emails and preparing documents and presentations using graphics and internal information. Typing meeting notes and creating conference agendas will be part of your daily tasks, as will scheduling cost-effective travel arrangements for the General Manager and senior leaders. You will assist with internal communications for associates and leadership across multiple platforms, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

Additionally, you will work with outside vendors to coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of the Fulfillment Center, running work-related errands as needed. Your ability to think and plan ahead will be essential as you delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage your time effectively. You will compile team goals and support the overall operations of the fulfillment center, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
