What you'll do

As an IT Support Associate II, you will be responsible for providing nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations. You will work closely with the operations team to identify and resolve technical issues that arise within the facility. Your role will involve troubleshooting various technical problems, ensuring that the IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of new technology in-house, contributing to the launch of new Amazon Operations facilities.
