What you'll do

As an IT Support Associate II, you will be responsible for allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon operations facilities. You will work closely with the operations team to resolve technical issues and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve hands-on support and problem-solving across a multitude of technical disciplines.
