You have a proven track record in account-based marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your strategic thinking is complemented by hands-on execution skills, allowing you to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that resonate with enterprise customers. You excel in building relationships with sales teams, understanding their priorities, and translating them into impactful marketing programs. Your analytical capabilities enable you to interpret customer data and market trends, informing your campaign strategies and optimizations. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring operational excellence through standardized processes and best practices. Your ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders is key to your success in driving marketing initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of industry-specific ABM programs, focusing on the CPG & Retail sectors. You will design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns that align with global frameworks, driving measurable business impact. Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales teams will be crucial as you work to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs. You will analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform your campaign strategies and optimizations. Your role will involve creating customized strategic journey campaigns, including tailored content, executive hospitality, and networking opportunities. You will partner with various marketing teams to ensure that ABM programs complement broader marketing efforts. Tracking and reporting on program performance will be essential, using data to optimize and scale successful initiatives.
