Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience providing senior-level leadership support, ideally in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your background includes managing multiple calendars and coordinating travel arrangements, demonstrating your ability to handle complex scheduling with ease. You possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and your proficiency in Microsoft Office products is second to none. You are enthusiastic and proactive, always looking for ways to increase the effectiveness of the leaders you support. Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to maintain detailed records and manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Corporate Development and Corporate Business Development teams at Amazon. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, managing travel, visa, and expense reports, and maintaining organization charts and internal email aliases. You will coordinate special events and meetings, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you will manage the schedules of senior executives during their visits to India, creating detailed travel itineraries that reflect their needs and preferences. You will also support the direct reports of the leaders with various administrative tasks, coordinating closely with Workforce Management, Recruiting, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the office. Your role will involve handling work-related errands as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
