You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments. You excel at defining requirements and translating them into actionable plans, ensuring that customer needs are met through innovative solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage effectively with both technical teams and customers, fostering collaboration and understanding.

You are adept at managing complex projects and can navigate the intricacies of integrating multiple systems. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements and enhancements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the single-threaded owner for the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle for Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite services. You will define the requirements for customer onboarding, order management, and service provisioning, ensuring that all systems are ready for launch. Your responsibilities will include crafting detailed business requirements documents that guide the development process and align with customer expectations.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that the technical aspects of the product align with the defined requirements. Engaging with customers will be a key part of your role, as you will gather insights and feedback to refine service offerings. You will also work with go-to-market teams to ensure that the product is positioned effectively in the market.
