You have a proven track record in finance operations, particularly in managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Your experience includes leading teams and ensuring high accuracy and timeliness in service delivery. You are a strong communicator, capable of interacting with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders across the organization. You thrive in environments that require autonomy and have a keen attention to detail, which helps you navigate complex departmental and cross-company work. Your leadership style focuses on hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Accounts Payable/Receivable functions for a specific geo or country. You will lead a team of around 50 resources, providing overall direction and leadership. Your key responsibilities will include managing group workload, ensuring accuracy in service delivery, and supporting business growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the Finance Shared Service Organization and the business to drive innovation and improve processes. Regular interaction with senior leadership will be a part of your role, requiring you to communicate effectively and manage expectations.
