What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions for a specific geographic area. You will lead a team of approximately 50 resources, providing overall direction and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing group workload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service delivery, and supporting business growth initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders within the Finance Shared Service Organization and the business to drive innovation and improve processes.

You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function. Regular interaction with senior leadership will be a key aspect of your role, requiring you to communicate effectively and present insights that drive decision-making. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
