What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of Accounts Payable/Receivable functions for a specific geographic area. You will lead a team of around 50 resources, providing overall direction and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing group workloads, initiating and managing complex departmental and cross-company projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in financial operations.

You will also be tasked with maintaining a high degree of accuracy and controllership in all financial processes, supporting the growth of the business while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Regular interaction with senior leadership will be a key aspect of your role, where you will present insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis. Your ability to operate independently and make informed decisions will be crucial to your success in this position.
