You are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and can navigate ambiguity effectively, maintaining a high bar for performance.

You have a proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, demonstrating your leadership capabilities. Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to interact effectively with senior leadership and various teams across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead projects aimed at improving controllership within the Finance Operations teams. You will drive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operation processes, reporting on the health of services from a quality perspective in an insightful manner. You will develop, modify, and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations processes and controls.

You will identify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner with teams to implement solutions that mitigate risks. Advising the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controls will be a key responsibility, as will coordinating with multiple teams within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure best practices are followed and implemented.
