Who you are
You have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly in the realm of Sponsored Ads. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel at managing complex initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring that all projects meet their objectives while maintaining high quality. Your ability to influence product teams and drive alignment across various stakeholders sets you apart.
You possess strong technical leadership skills, having successfully partnered with product teams to develop automated tools and solutions that enhance sales effectiveness. Your experience includes designing operational processes that facilitate sales adoption and creating scalable automated content and inspection tools. You are also familiar with integrating AI into marketing strategies, which is crucial for driving innovation in this role.
Your collaborative nature allows you to build and maintain relationships across multiple teams, including Sales, Product, and Insights. You understand the importance of driving accountability and alignment among stakeholders, and you have a knack for influencing without direct authority to achieve business objectives.
You are results-driven, with a focus on performance and process improvement. You have experience designing and implementing close-looped programs that drive the adoption of marketing inputs and create effective performance measurement frameworks. Your ability to develop and scale best practices is essential for success in this position.
Desirable
Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with performance marketing metrics and frameworks. A background in e-commerce or digital advertising is also advantageous, as it aligns with the goals of the Sponsored Ads team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the ICAA LCS SpAds strategy and go-to-market approach, driving initiatives that enhance the performance of Sponsored Ads across international locales. You will manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the overall business objectives and meets quality standards. Your strategic mindset will be crucial as you develop and implement new inspection mechanisms to improve SpAds performance.
You will partner with product teams to create automated tools and solutions that streamline processes and enhance sales effectiveness. This includes designing operational processes that facilitate the adoption of these tools by the Sales team. You will also lead technical initiatives, such as AI integration and automation projects, to drive innovation within the marketing function.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Product, Insights, and Finance. You will drive alignment and accountability across these stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is working towards common goals. Your ability to influence without direct authority will be essential in achieving business objectives.
You will also focus on performance and process improvement, designing and implementing programs that drive the adoption of SpAds inputs. This includes creating and managing performance measurement frameworks that provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Your expertise in developing narratives and best practices will help scale successful strategies across the organization.
