Job Description

Who you are

You have a solid background in reliability engineering, with experience in developing specifications and methodologies that ensure product reliability. Your understanding of Design for Reliability and reliability statistics allows you to influence design decisions effectively. Your role will involve providing hands-on experimental design, execution, and test development to ensure that our products meet stringent reliability standards.

You will perform reliability predictions of failure mechanisms and conduct risk assessments on both products under development and those already in the field. Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and partners, you will drive the reliability engineering efforts for new and emerging hardware devices. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping the reliability of products that aim to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities.
