You are a highly creative and data-driven marketing leader with a strong focus on results. You have a proven track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with project management and analytical skills sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.

With a strong product vision and customer instincts, you excel at influencing diverse teams and driving sustainable process improvements. You are comfortable diving deep into data while also being able to communicate strategic implications effectively to stakeholders. Your sense of accountability and focus on delivering great customer experiences are key to your success.

Desirable

Experience in the publishing or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Go-to-Market strategies for new products. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the marketing vision and strategy for established programs and new customer-facing products in the Japan Books business. You will create measurable, scalable, and innovative marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. Your responsibilities will include providing customer experience inputs to product teams and delivering the Go-to-Market plan for new features and services.

You will lead key marketing initiatives that inspire readers and drive engagement. This includes overseeing the development of integrated marketing campaigns across Owned & Operated and Paid channels, including social media. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
