Overview

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to support strategic decision-making in a large fulfillment center. You'll manage HR operations, including recruitment and employee relations, while leveraging your analytical and communication skills.

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience in HR-related roles, ideally within fast-paced environments like logistics or retail. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that employee needs are met while aligning with business goals. You possess a solid understanding of labor laws and organizational development, which enables you to navigate complex HR challenges with ease. Your analytical mindset helps you identify issues within HR data, allowing you to propose strategic solutions that enhance talent management and organizational culture. You are adaptable and can thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape, making you a valuable asset to the HR team.

Desirable

Experience in a large HR organization or with HR consulting is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques will further enhance your ability to drive HR initiatives effectively. A background in diversity and inclusion efforts is also beneficial, as Amazon is committed to expanding its diversity initiatives within the HR function.

What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fulfillment center's leadership team by providing hands-on HR management. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
