You are proactive in managing several locations within your region, coordinating travel activities to ensure you are present and available to meet the needs of your network. You understand the importance of being a competent partner in HR matters, working closely with site leadership and the works council to enhance the workplace environment.

What you'll do

In your role as Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a key point of contact for all HR topics within your defined network. You will support location management in carrying out their management duties, ensuring the seamless execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites in your responsible region. Your responsibilities will include enhancing workplace environments and fostering positive employee relations through regular engagement with employees.

You will collaborate with managers to provide guidance on HR best practices and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your presence at the sites will allow you to build strong relationships with employees, addressing any HR-related questions or concerns that arise. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating HR initiatives and programs that align with Amazon's goals and values.
