Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in human resources and are experienced in supporting management in executing their duties effectively. You understand the importance of building effective working relationships with employees at all levels, and you are empathetic and flexible in addressing their concerns. You are comfortable managing multiple locations and coordinating travel to ensure you are present where needed. You are proactive in resolving employee issues and implementing HR projects in collaboration with operational areas.
What you'll do
In your role as HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers in your area of responsibility, providing them with the necessary support to carry out their management duties. You will ensure the seamless execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites within your region. Your presence at the locations will help you establish effective relationships with employees, allowing you to address their concerns and support their needs.
