You are comfortable managing multiple locations and coordinating travel to meet the needs of your network.

You excel at building effective working relationships with employees at all levels, ensuring seamless execution of operational personnel processes. Your ability to resolve complex employee concerns, including complaints and disciplinary issues, showcases your strong problem-solving skills. You are proactive in organizing and implementing HR projects in collaboration with operational areas, demonstrating your commitment to enhancing workplace culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with managers in your area of responsibility, supporting them in carrying out their management duties. You will ensure the smooth execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites within your region. Your regular presence at the locations will help you establish effective working relationships with employees, allowing you to address their concerns promptly.
