What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a catalyst for organizational excellence, working closely with VP-level and Director-level leaders to shape the future of the Devices technology organization. You will lead complex organizational design initiatives that span multiple functions and geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management, to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization. You will influence and navigate ambiguous, high-stakes situations, requiring significant business judgment and strategic thinking. Your role will be pivotal in leading change management efforts for major organizational transformations, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to meet evolving business needs.
