Who you are

You have extensive experience in HR business partnering, ideally with a focus on technology or product-driven organizations. Your background includes strategic leadership in areas such as Organizational Design, Culture, and Talent Management, enabling you to effectively support and partner with senior leaders across multiple teams. You excel in coaching and developing leaders, providing guidance in complex organizational structures, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

You understand the nuances of talent management and compensation specific to local market conditions, and you are adept at leading talent management rhythms including organizational health reviews and succession planning. Your ability to navigate dual roles and support organizations at different life stages makes you a valuable asset in driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the HR function for the Devices and Services organization in India, partnering closely with in-region leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success. You will own and drive HR initiatives that solve complex business problems, working collaboratively with senior leaders and COE teams. Your responsibilities will include managing site strategies across multiple senior leaders and supporting organizational design initiatives as business needs evolve.

You will also lead talent management processes, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right talent to meet its goals. This includes conducting talent reviews, managing promotions, and addressing compensation nuances specific to the local market. Your strategic partnership will be crucial in fostering a positive employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness.
