You have extensive experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on operations and employee engagement. As a Senior HR Manager, you understand the intricacies of talent management and organizational effectiveness, and you are adept at developing strategies that align with business goals. You are a natural culture steward, capable of integrating Amazon's unique culture into the employee experience. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
You are knowledgeable about employee relations and have experience acting as a subject matter expert in this area. You monitor associate feedback and implement programs that enhance employee relations, retention, and reward systems. You are also experienced in managing labor relations and navigating complex cases, ensuring that HR policies are compliant with legislative changes. Your ability to create people-centric plans demonstrates your understanding of how talent fits into the broader business strategy.
You are proactive in your approach to recruitment and onboarding, coordinating with management to attract and retain top talent. You have a strong grasp of workforce planning and can develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization. Your experience in change management allows you to guide the organization through transitions smoothly, ensuring that employees are supported throughout the process.
Desirable

What you'll do

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that HR initiatives are integrated into the broader business strategy, fostering a culture that supports Amazon's mission and values.
