What you'll do

As an IT Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations. You will work closely with various teams to build, implement, and improve technology solutions across multiple sites in your designated geographical area. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in times of crisis, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of projects that affect multiple locations, coordinating with different teams to ensure successful implementation and support. You will also have the opportunity to develop new technology solutions in-house, contributing to the overall success of Amazon Operations.
