What you'll do

As an IT Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for supporting, building, implementing, and improving technology solutions across various sites in your designated geographical area. You will manage large projects with minimal guidance, ensuring that they align with operational goals and deliver value to the organization. Your role will involve resolving customer issues promptly, especially during times of crisis, to restore functionality and maintain productivity.

You will actively engage with teams to identify hurdles and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new Amazon Operations facilities and providing ongoing IT support to ensure smooth operations. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members, sharing your knowledge of AWS technologies and best practices in IT support.
