What you'll do
As the Channel Team Lead, you will oversee the execution of the Hub Delivery model, ensuring that your team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) consistently meets their acquisition and activation targets. You will provide practical coaching in prospecting and performance management, helping your team navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Monitoring team performance through KPIs will be a key responsibility, as you ensure that the ADEs maintain a delivery success rate of 98.5% or higher.
You will align your team's activities with the regional growth objectives of the Hub Delivery program, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability. Acting as a point of escalation for complex partner or operational challenges, you will work to find solutions that drive the best results for customers. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting a culture of commitment and excellence in the field, enabling your team to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
