What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and drive operational excellence. You will manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives, ensuring that their time is optimized. Your responsibilities will also include driving continuous improvement through process optimization and implementing new mechanisms to enhance efficiency. You will coordinate team activities, including staff meetings, offsites, and events, while also scheduling and managing cost-effective travel arrangements. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization will be essential to your success.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range between $81,600 and $142,800 annually, based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Starting Day 1 of employment, you will have access to various benefits, including EAP, Mental Health Support, and a 401(k) matching program. This temporary contract opportunity lasts for 6-8 months, based on business needs, and provides a unique chance to work within a cutting-edge AI Lab space in San Francisco.
