What you'll do
As an HR Manager at Amazon, you will report to the Regional Human Resources Manager for Germany and develop a customized personnel plan to support the logistics center in Rheinberg. You will collaborate with various teams within the fulfillment center, focusing on optimizing workflows and enhancing employee engagement.
