What you'll do

You will lead strategic recruiting initiatives to attract top talent and support the company's growth objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will develop and implement HR policies and programs that promote a positive workplace culture. You will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to drive decision-making.
