What you'll do

As a Risk Manager I, you will lead the Driver Identity Verification team, overseeing the investigation processes to validate driver identities and protect against account takeovers and fraud. You will be responsible for developing and managing employee performance, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed. You will implement operational cadences and review mechanisms to track performance against established metrics and SLAs.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with global program owners to design and deploy business strategies that enhance customer experience while minimizing risk. You will also play a crucial role in forecasting investigation needs and staffing requirements, ensuring that your team is adequately supported to meet operational demands. You will be expected to drive process improvements and foster a culture of accountability and excellence within your team.
