What you'll do

As a Risk Manager I, you will lead the Driver Identity Verification team, overseeing their daily operations and ensuring that investigations are conducted thoroughly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) that guide the team's activities. You will implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's success in mitigating fraud and protecting customer accounts. You will work closely with your team to provide coaching and training, ensuring that all members are equipped to meet performance standards. You will also collaborate with global program owners to design and deploy business strategies that enhance customer experience while minimizing risk. Your role will involve regular reporting on team performance and risk management activities, providing insights that drive continuous process improvements.
