What you'll do

As a Risk Manager I, you will lead the Driver Identity Verification team, overseeing the investigation processes and ensuring that all team members are performing at their best. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks associated with driver identity verification, focusing on preventing fraud and account takeovers. You will build and maintain SOPs that guide the team's operations and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

You will analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the team's efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with global program owners to design and deploy business strategies that enhance customer experience while minimizing risk. You will also play a key role in forecasting staffing needs and ensuring that all training and coaching requirements are met for your team members.
