What you'll do

As a Risk Manager I, you will lead the Driver Identity Verification team, overseeing the investigation processes to validate driver identities and mitigate risks associated with account takeovers and fraud. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer experience while minimizing risk. Your role will involve building operational cadences and review mechanisms to ensure that your team meets performance standards and achieves service level agreements.

You will conduct regular assessments of team performance, utilizing metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Your leadership will guide the team in making informed decisions that prioritize customer experience without compromising security. You will also play a key role in coaching and training team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their roles.

Collaboration with global program owners will be essential as you design and deploy business strategies that align with Amazon's goals. You will be a functional operations owner, responsible for the overall management of the investigation team and its processes.
