You are comfortable with travel across India to various sites, ensuring that you can oversee the implementation of solutions and maintain high standards throughout the fulfillment network. Your technical expertise allows you to conduct detailed design reviews and collaborate with teams to document processes and standards effectively. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to improve and innovate within the supply chain.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Amazon, you will lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the fulfillment and transportation network. This includes equipment specification, material flow, process design, and site layout considerations. You will work closely with vendors and suppliers to create innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve the associate experience.

Your responsibilities will involve conducting detailed design reviews post-implementation, partnering with various teams such as WHS and Operations to ensure every detail is meticulously documented. You will also collaborate with the launch team to ensure that all aspects of the project are thoroughly planned and executed. Developing and updating design standards in conjunction with worldwide design teams will be a key part of your role, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
