Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with experience in analytics platforms. You are inquisitive and nimble, able to clearly articulate the technical benefits and requirements of Mixpanel to developers and product managers. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey the value of our product to high-level executives, ensuring that all stakeholders understand how Mixpanel can meet their business needs.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and other teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing enablement for partners. Your ability to educate partners about the many facets of the Mixpanel solution, including joint-value positioning and implementation, is key to your success in this role. You are passionate about helping customers leverage data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Mixpanel, you will play a crucial role in scaling our potential by collaborating with both our Sales and Partnerships teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand how Mixpanel's solutions can address their specific business needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering onboarding sessions and ongoing training to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize Mixpanel effectively.

You will also work closely with our Solution Engineering and Customer Success teams to share best practices and provide a best-in-class experience to our end customers via partners. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the capabilities of Mixpanel, and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. You will be instrumental in opening up new customer opportunities through Mixpanel's partner ecosystem, driving growth and engagement.
