What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at DevRev, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Computer platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets the needs of users and integrates seamlessly with existing tools. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing data workflows, enhancing the platform's AI capabilities, and providing support to customers as they adopt the technology.
You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of the product, from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support. This includes gathering requirements, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineers and designers to create a user-friendly experience. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
