You have a strong background in engineering solutions, particularly in optimizing material flow and human/machine efficiency. Your experience includes leading design and innovation efforts, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also cost-efficient. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality results in tight timelines.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with key partners across various teams. Your ability to coordinate and lead concept and design development efforts is complemented by your technical expertise in equipment specification and process design. You are willing to travel across India to ensure the best outcomes for your projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and coordinate the design and innovation efforts for optimal solutions within the India fulfillment network. This includes working on equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layout. You will collaborate with vendors and suppliers to create innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

You will conduct detailed design reviews post-implementation, partnering with teams such as WHS and Operations to ensure that every detail is meticulously documented. Your role will also involve developing and updating design standards in conjunction with worldwide design teams, ensuring that best practices are followed.

You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with various teams, including IN Launch, Worldwide Design, IN Procurement, and IT. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of projects and ensuring that all aspects of the design and implementation process are thoroughly considered.
