What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure accountability. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process changes that align with business objectives. You will take proactive steps to share best practices across shifts and departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

You will collaborate closely with support staff to build and secure resources for various projects and initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in developing the next generation of leaders within the Fulfillment Center, as you focus on employee development and building a strong leadership bench strength. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.
