What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure that objectives are met. You will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives, collaborating with various departments to share best practices and resources. Your role will involve proactive engagement with support staff across HR, Finance, and Safety to secure necessary resources for projects. You will also play a key role in building leadership bench strength within the team, ensuring that future leaders are developed and ready to take on new challenges.
