Who you are

You have experience managing medium to large teams in a fast-paced environment — you've successfully overseen operations and ensured that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You understand the importance of creating a safe working environment and are proactive in identifying safety opportunities across your work area.

Your background includes working with data analysis and making decisions based on that analysis — you can adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts. You are skilled in engaging with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance, such as process area readiness and training.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee shift management in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines. You will manage and train associates to deliver the best service for customers, continuously providing critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.

You will help solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis and process optimization, working a flexible schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a positive work environment and driving operational excellence.
