What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee all budgetary and operational objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure that operational goals are met. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing either Inbound or Outbound operations, focusing on safety, quality, and customer experience. You will work closely with support staff from HR, Finance, and IT to ensure that operational needs are met and that your team has the resources they need to succeed.
