What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Hazle Township Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring that performance objectives are met while fostering a positive work environment. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives that align with business goals. You will set clear requirements and expectations for your team, holding them accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, ensuring that all team members are aligned with operational goals. Collaboration with support staff will be essential as you work to build and secure support for various projects and initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a strong leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center, as you coach and mentor your team to achieve their full potential.
